The Algerian-German Energy Partnership co-organized the 7th meeting of the Advisory Council for German Companies in Algeria on June 6, 2023, in collaboration with AHK Algerian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the German Embassy.

The council, chaired by Dr. Frank Renken, Senior Advisor for the Algerian-German Energy Partnership, and Jürgen Stefan Kukuk, energy expert from GIZ/AHK, was opened by Dr. Monika Erath, Director of AHK Algeria, Daniel Ramge, Head of Foreign Trade Promotion in North Africa at the German Embassy in Algeria, and Ellen Von ZITZEWITZ from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK).

This meeting brought together representatives from VNG, KSB, LindeGas, Messer, Siemens, WintershallDea, and GIZ Algeria, who, among other topics, discussed strategies for developing possible synergies in key areas such as green hydrogen, natural gas, and solar energy in Algeria.
